- ONE 28 oz can of diced tomatoes. Low sodium
- 1/2 cup EVOO
- 1 Tbsp s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced (optional)
Note: The fresh garlic will add a bit of a bite to the sauce.
Mix ingredients in a medium size bowl. Let set at room temperature for 20 min. Use in any pasta dish, i.e. serve over spaghetti squash, as a topping for crusty Italian bread or as a pizza sauce.
