Ingredients

  • 20 oz. dark chocolate chips, dividied (I suggest Chiradelli Bittersweet Baking Chip 60% cacao)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1-1/2 cup s.a.l.t. sisters Organic Cane Tea Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp Pink Himalayan mineral salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Cocoa powder, optional

Directions

Melt 10 oz of the chocolate chips and the butter together. Add in sugar and eggs. Mix well. Add vanilla, Dragon’s Breath, salt cinnamon, and flour. Mix well and fold in remaining 10 oz of choclate chips. Bake in a 9” x 13” pan at 350° for 20-25 min. Do not over bake. Dust top with cocoa powder and bit more Dragon’s Breath, if desired.
